Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! Our Project Managers are the steady hands behind exceptional builds. They guide clients with clarity, support field teams with respect, and hold projects to a high standard, without sacrificing the culture we’ve worked hard to build.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of budgets, cost controls, and change orders
• 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects
• Confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
• Calm under pressure
• Comfortable having direct conversations when needed
• Values teamwork over ego
• Deep respect for skilled tradespeople
