• Support the Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee daily operations in your section.
• Ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work a 35-hour week on a rota of 5 days over 7, including weekends.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the business and support your team.

Live-in accommodation may be available for those over 18 relocating to the area, subject to a DBS check.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
• A passion for stepping up in your culinary career.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
• Confidence in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A hardworking, reliable attitude with a drive to improve team performance.
