Location: Prestigious flagship estate in the heart of Dublin


We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Security Manager to lead security operations at a high‑profile estate comprising both corporate and manufacturing environments. This is a dynamic, demanding site where exceptional service delivery is essential. We are looking for a proactive, professional leader who can uphold first‑class security standards and drive continuous improvement across all operations.


Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Compliance

  • Oversee daily security operations to ensure full compliance with client standards
  • Maintain readiness for penetration testing and ensure C‑TPAT compliance
  • Develop and implement security SOPs, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments and mitigation plans
  • Ensure effective site patrols, access control, CCTV protocols, and emergency response procedures
  • Maintain accurate records including DOB, key registers, search documents, and reporting systems

Training & Team Development

  • Ensure all officers are PSA‑licensed, fully trained, and compliant with security standards
  • Manage and maintain training registers, training matrices, and mandatory training delivery
  • Lead, coach, and performance‑manage security officers and supervisors in line with company policy
  • Conduct PDR reviews and ensure all relief officers are cross‑trained to meet client requirements

Incident & Risk Management

  • Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analyses
  • Conduct regular drills, BCP reviews, and emergency response training
  • Liaise with Operational Leads and the Regional Security Manager on security projects

Administration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure supervisors manage payroll and time management systems effectively
  • Keep all reporting, audit, and training platforms up to date
  • Maintain and update company SharePoint for compliance
  • Build strong relationships with on‑site stakeholders, xcfaprz acting as a trusted security specialist
  • Drive innovation to continually enhance security service delivery
