Job description
- Designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement
- Defining solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs
- Acting as a subject‑matter expert with deep knowledge and influencing and advisory skills
- Making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions
- Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on technology architecture and design
- Conducting thorough assessments of existing systems and recommending improvements to enhance performance
- Leading workshops and discussions to gather requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning
Desired xcfaprz Skills and Experience
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture is required
- Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture is recommended
- Advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions, Cino Bank Operating System, and Salesforce Data Architecture is suggested
