Brand Vision Marketing is hiring a Senior Digital Project Manager to take ownership of client accounts and delivery execution across branding and digital projects.


This is a client-facing leadership role.


You will manage client relationships, oversee execution, protect project scope and profitability, and identify growth opportunities within accounts.

You are responsible for both the client experience and the work behind it. Projects under your leadership are structured, predictable, and commercially sound. You will operate with autonomy and accountability from day one.


Role Overview

This position sits at the intersection of:

  • Client strategy and relationship management
  • Project execution and delivery oversight
  • Quality control and creative standards
  • Commercial awareness and account growth


You are responsible for both the client experience and the execution behind it.

You understand where projects stand at all times — creatively, technically, and financially.


Key Responsibilities

Account Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Lead kickoff meetings, strategy sessions, and regular check-ins
  • Establish clear expectations around scope and timelines
  • Maintain client trust through clarity and responsiveness


Delivery & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of branding and digital projects
  • Oversee timelines, scope, and resource coordination
  • Maintain structured project systems (Slack / ClickUp / Asana)
  • Review deliverables before client presentation
  • Anticipate and resolve project risks


Commercial Ownership

  • Monitor budgets and protect against scope creep
  • Identify natural opportunities for account growth
  • Support long-term client retention


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital or creative agency
  • Experience managing client-facing projects
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI workflows
  • Familiarity with Figma for review and feedback
  • Experience working with Webflow and WordPress
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • You are confidently leading client conversations
  • Project systems are organized and predictable
  • Deliverables are reviewed and aligned before presentation
  • Clients feel informed and supported
  • Growth opportunities are identified and discussed


This role carries full ownership responsibility and is designed to scale into senior account leadership as experience deepens.
