As the Program Change Management Lead, you hold end‑to‑end accountability for the organizational change dimension of a large‑scale, multi‑country IT and business transformation across Europe and Africa. You ensure that process, system, and operating model changes result in measurable adoption, sustained behavioral change, and fully embedded new ways of working.

Change Strategy & Governance

  • Define and lead the holistic Change Strategy for the Europe template IT rollout, aligned with program phases, deployment waves, and TKE's overall OCM methodology.
  • Establish and govern a structured Change Impact Framework covering organizational structures, roles, governance, processes, systems, and policies.
  • Own the integrated Change Roadmap, ensuring consistent planning across communication, stakeholder engagement, capability enablement, and readiness.

Impact, Stakeholder & Sponsorship Management

  • Translate process and system designs into clear business, organizational, and people impacts; conduct detailed impact assessments and define mitigation actions for segmented target groups.
  • Design and activate a structured stakeholder and sponsorship model, mapping influence and securing leadership alignment at business unit and country level.
  • Drive executive‑level engagement, alignment, and decision‑making within a complex matrix organization.

Communication, Enablement & Adoption

  • Architect and govern the program‑wide communication framework to ensure clear, consistent, and executive‑ready messaging across all organizational layers.
  • Define and oversee the learning and capability‑enablement strategy; select appropriate methodologies and ensure full training readiness ahead of go‑live.
  • Support, coordinate, and steer local change structures and change agents across all program locations.

Program Integration & Readiness

  • Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, and decision‑making forums to support program alignment and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with program leadership, process owners, and IT teams to ensure integrated planning and execution.
  • Ensure organizational readiness ahead of key milestones (UAT, data migration, cutover) and contribute actively to Go/No‑Go decisions.
  • Drive cross‑country alignment and behavioral adoption, helping local leaders embed new ways of working and remove silo behaviors.
  • Coach senior leaders to communicate effectively, role‑model the transformation, and reinforce change across the organization.
