As line cook at LOCAL public eatery Kitsilano, you're responsible of

• Preparing and executing dishes with consistency and attention do details.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked station.
• Supporting prep and helping the kitchen stay ahead during busy periods.
• Taking pride in the quality and presentation of every plate leaving the kitchen.
