THE POSITION HOLDER HAS THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as an ambassador for the company and promote organizational values;

Serve as a representative of Fournier by managing client contacts throughout the on-site project execution;
-
Develop the project execution plan (activities, priorities, and schedules);
-
Coordinate and monitor all on-site activities (design, manufacturing, installation) to deliver the project according to client requirements;
-
Meet established schedules and budgets, avoiding cost overruns;
-
Keep project schedules up to date in alignment with overall and departmental planning;
-
Produce project timelines in collaboration with various stakeholders (superintendents, foremen, engineers);
-
Issue purchase requisitions related to projects;
-
Plan and lead project kickoff meetings, coordination meetings, and final post-mortem reviews;
-
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant field;
-
3 years of experience in a similar role;
-
Experience managing large-scale projects;
-
Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and specifications;
-
Proficient with common computer tools and Microsoft Office;
-
Autonomous, thorough, and detail-oriented;
-
Motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven;
-
Excellent communication, priority management, and organizational skills;
