About the Role:

The Project Management (PM) Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of cross‑functional initiatives by providing structured project management support planning, execution, and monitoring phases. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects remain aligned with organizational goals. The PM Specialist ensures clear communication; tracks progress against milestones and helps drive initiatives—such as vendor integrations and departmental projects—forward efficiently and effectively.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. PMP certification (an asset)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience or equivalent, ability to lead projects.
  • Skills: Build strong relationships, Excellent communication, time management, detailed orientated and prioritization skills.
  • Motivator: Proven ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and drive results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead: the planning, execution, and ongoing monitoring of cross‑functional projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This includes defining project scope, objectives, success criteria, and resource needs while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide structured project management support: for corporate initiatives which may include vendor integrations, system implementations, and departmental projects. Support includes coordinating timelines, managing dependencies, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring adherence to established governance and project management best practices.
  • Project Management practices: oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule. Track progress against plans, identify potential delays or resource constraints early, and implement corrective actions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Collaborate : stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables. Facilitate clear and consistent communication, manage stakeholder feedback, and Translate business requirements into actionable project plans while fostering strong cross‑functional working relationships.
  • Support: additional departmental activities as necessary.
