This full-time position is for a Business Technology Specialist at San Rufo Homes. Located on-site in St. Albert, AB, the role involves overseeing and managing the integration of business technology to optimize operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing current business processes, implementing technology solutions, aligning IT strategies with business objectives, and providing technical support to improve work efficiency and productivity. The specialist will also collaborate closely with various teams to build robust business strategies and will communicate technical insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, process improvement, and decision-making
- Expertise in Information Technology with experience in implementing and managing technical solutions
- Effective Communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to identify and implement technology enhancements
- Understanding of Business Strategy to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Familiarity with construction or homebuilding industry technologies is an asset
