Production Project Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Production Project Manager with deep experience in print and vendor management within an advertising agency environment.

This is a higher intermediate to senior-level role, ideal for someone who thrives in production-heavy, detail-driven work-streams and understands the realities of managing complex print executions, fabrication, OOH, and multi-vendor programs.

You will lead end-to-end production execution across integrated campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing risk, timelines, procurement, and stakeholder alignment.

Event production experience is a strong asset.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Lead production-heavy integrated campaigns across print, OOH, retail, experiential, digital, and CRM
• Own vendor sourcing, estimating, negotiations, and ongoing vendor management
• Develop and manage detailed production budgets (including reconciliations)
• Oversee print specs, proofing, pre-press, press checks, fabrication, shipping, and installation logistics
• Manage multiple print and digital production timelines simultaneously
• Identify risks early and proactively implement solutions
• Partner closely with Creative, Account, Studio, and external production partners
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Drive process discipline and champion agency workflows
• Provide mentorship or guidance to more junior PMs when appropriate

What You Bring:

• 7–10 years of project management experience within an advertising agency (required)
• Strong background in print production and vendor management (required)
• Experience managing multi-vendor production ecosystems
• Deep understanding of production specifications and quality control
• Budget management expertise, including forecasting and reconciliation
• Experience managing OOH, retail, fabrication, or experiential builds
• Event production experience (asset)
• Automotive experience (asset)
• Post-secondary education in Business, Production, or related field (asset)

Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 CAD
