*Responsibilities*
* Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingles residential roofing systems
* Assist with tear‑offs, underlayment, flashing, and finishing work
* Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
* Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
* Communicate clearly with crew leaders and follow instructions
* Load/unload materials and operate basic roofing tools and equipment
* Expertise with GAF roofing systems
* Well-developed people skills
* Strong and proficient organizational abilities
* Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Must be a self-starter and able to work within a team environment
*Qualifications*
* 5+ years of roofing experience preferred
* Familiarity with GAF roofing systems is a plus
* Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
