Warehouse Manager

Meritec is hiring a Stock & Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our warehouse, stock control, and logistics function—supporting AV projects, service operations, and events across Ireland.

This is a hands‑on warehouse management role with real operational impact: you’ll manage stock end‑to‑end, coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers, and ensure equipment is correctly prepared, dispatched, returned, and tracked.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Stock control & systems: manage inventory using SAP (or equivalent), goods‑in/out, labelling, storage, stock accuracy and stocktakes
• Purchasing administration: raise Purchase Orders, track deliveries, liaise with suppliers on lead times and queries
• Job engineering support: coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure jobs are correctly kitted and ready (projects/service/events)
• Collections & deliveries: collect and deliver equipment/stock for all Meritec activities (projects, events, service, and internal needs)
• Returns, faults & RMAs: process returns from site, quarantine/track faults, and manage RMAs through to closure
• Warehouse standards: maintain a safe, organised warehouse and improve processes where possible
• Operational support: assist with day‑to‑day coordination (including engineer scheduling support when required)

Reporting lines

This role reports to and takes direction from:

• Office Manager
• Operations Manager
• Managing Director
• All office management staff (for day‑to‑day coordination)

• Proven experience in warehouse/stock management with strong attention to detail
• Competent with SAP or equivalent stock/inventory systems
• Strong coordination skills and ability to prioritise in a busy, live environment
• Clear communication with internal teams and suppliers
• Professional, reliable, and a genuine team player
• Full xcfaprz clean driving license
