Identity Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Security Engineer on a day-rate contract basis.

This role will focus on designing, implementing, and enhancing identity security controls across our cloud and enterprise environments, ensuring strong governance and secure access to critical systems.

• Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft Entra / Azure AD identity services, including authentication, conditional access, and identity protection.
• Implement and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls to secure privileged accounts and administrative access.
• Support and enhance Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities including access reviews, lifecycle management, and entitlement governance.
• Develop and enforce identity security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Integrate identity security controls with applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Monitor identity-related risks and implement improvements to strengthen the organisation’s identity security posture.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to embed identity security into new and existing platforms.

• Proven experience as a Senior Identity Security Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.
• Experience implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) including access lifecycle management and governance controls. xcfaprz
