Structured Inc. | Lexington, KY (Travel Required)

About Structured Inc.

Structured Inc. is a rapidly growing technology integration and managed services company headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. We specialize in structured cabling, network infrastructure, wireless deployments, surveillance systems, and access control installations across commercial, government, and education environments.

Our company is known for unmatched service delivery and excellence in our job execution. Customers trust Structured because our projects finish on time, clean, and exactly as promised. As our company grows, we are building a leadership team that owns outcomes in the field and drives results across the organization.

Position Summary

The Integration Project Manager is responsible for fully owning project execution in the field from kickoff through final closeout. This role protects project margin, controls production, enforces scope discipline, and ensures Structured’s standards of excellence are delivered on every installation.

The PM acts as the operational owner of projects in the field and is responsible for driving progress across technicians, materials, schedules, and customer communication.

  • Hold technicians and vendors accountable for production
  • Push back on customers when scope expands
