As an Account Service Representative , you’ll be a core member of a high‑performing, client‑focused team, partnering closely with a Senior Advisor and Manager, Client Accounts to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You’ll play a critical, hands‑on role in bringing sophisticated life insurance strategies to life—supporting Canada’s most successful business owners as they protect, grow, and transition their wealth.

What you will do
- Partner with the client-focused team to implement and manage life insurance policies that deliver lasting value for the client.
- Drive client files forward by coordinating across internal teams and external partners, maintaining visibility over timelines, dependencies, and next steps.
- Prepare key documentation and data, ensuring information is accurate, complete and maintained in the CRM database in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to solution modeling, analysis, and strategic discussions by supporting the preparation and review of client materials.
- Plan and prepare policy renewals and ongoing servicing activities with precision, supporting a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- Act as a reliable point of follow-through and quality control, proactively identifying issues, escalating as needed, and taking initiative on work that supports client success and overall team performance.
What You Bring
- A certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services, a legal or professional services environment, or a detail‑driven administrative role.
- Strong familiarity with document preparation, regulatory or legal forms, and managing sensitive client information with discretion.
- Completion of the Life Licensing Qualification Program (LLQP) is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- A client‑first mindset with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Strong critical‑thinking skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
