About the Role:

Toloka is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Freelance Technical Copywriter to help us articulate the power and sophistication of our AI data solutions platform. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content that resonates with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and technical leaders.

You will collaborate closely with our delivery, product, and technical teams to deeply understand our technology, methodologies, and customer success stories. Your primary goal will be to craft compelling articles, blog posts, and case studies that highlight Toloka's technological advantages and solidify our position as a thought leader in the AI and machine learning space.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to gather insights and technical details about the Toloka platform, our data labeling processes, and quality control mechanisms.

Write, edit, and produce high-quality, long-form technical articles and blog posts that are both informative and engaging.

Translate complex topics, such as machine learning models, data annotation pipelines, and crowdsourcing dynamics, into accessible and compelling narratives.

Ensure all content aligns with Toloka's brand voice, style guidelines, and strategic marketing goals.

Conduct independent research to support articles and stay current with industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the B2B tech, AI/ML, or SaaS industry.

An exceptional ability to grasp highly technical concepts and explain them clearly to a knowledgeable audience.

Excellent interviewing skills to effectively extract information from technical experts.

A self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote freelance capacity.

Familiarity with the data labeling or AI training data industry is a significant plus.

Collaboration Details :

Part-time freelance position up to 15-20/week.
