Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, cost reporting, cash flow and forecasting

• Oversee tendering, scope leveling and trade buyout

• Drive schedules and coordinate consultants and site teams

• Maintain client relationships and lead project meetings

• Ensure safety, quality control and contract compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a PM with full cycle delivery

• Strong knowledge of ICI construction, including tenant improvements, renovations, and small to mid-scale new build projects

• Concrete and structural coordination experience preferred

• Procore proficiency

• Commercially sharp, organized and relationship driven
