Position:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our lean, fast-moving Business Intelligence team in the online gaming industry. You’ll work in a high-impact environment where data drives every decision. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally inquisitive, proactive, and thrives at uncovering the story behind the data.
You will report directly to the Head of Business Intelligence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactive Monitoring & Issue Detection: Investigate \"the why\" behind the numbers immediately.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Build and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards that non-technical stakeholders can understand instantly.
- Communicate Findings to Stakeholders: Translate technical findings into clear, concise executive summaries.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and support strategic business decisions
- Data Design : Design and optimize SQL queries from the data warehouse to extract critical information that meets stakeholder needs
- KPI Development: Support team with the development and improvement of KPIs such as LTV, Churn, CAC.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Monitor and track regional performance against the forecasting model.
Requirements:
- Project management & prioritization skills
- Strong sense of curiosity, initiative, and thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in SQL and experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
- Experience with Tableau or other BI visualization tools (preferred)
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume data environments is an asset
