• Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week
• Salary: £28,995.20 per annum
• Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

As a Room Leader in our Little Blooms baby room, you will:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Enhance children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
• Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and child learning journals.
• Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
• Support the key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system and ensure safety for all.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification – Essential
• Over 1 year of experience in Early Years – Essential
• Over 6 months of experience in a senior position – Desirable
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating – Desirable
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English – Essential
