This position demands regular physical activity, including walking, bending, and consistent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. You must be prepared to wear all designated PPE , including safety shoes and high-visibility vests, to ensure a secure working environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product identification and quantity against order requirements.
- Ensure picked items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Achieve assigned picking performance targets.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and general warehouse area.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any inventory inaccuracies or equipment issues promptly.
- Assist with put-away tasks and inventory checks as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Participate in warehouse training and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Capability to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- Willingness to use all necessary PPE .
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Team-oriented attitude and good work ethic.
