We are hiring energetic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Austin, Texas! This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse, encompassing a range of tasks essential for inventory management and order fulfillment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Your contribution is key to maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. We are committed to employee well-being and provide comprehensive training, all necessary PPE , and emphasize stringent Safety practices. The job requires physical activity, including frequent Lifting and being on your feet throughout your shift. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are highly valued. You will be an integral part of our growing Logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and unloading shipments.
- Stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE .
- Perform physical tasks which include considerable Lifting and moving of goods.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics operations.
