We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role is vital to the efficient operation of our large-scale distribution network. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper handling of products, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your Safety , and rigorous adherence to all Safety procedures is expected. The role involves frequent Lifting and requires an understanding of warehouse operations. You will play a key part in our Logistics chain, ensuring that our products reach their destinations seamlessly. Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Verify and record the quantity and quality of incoming goods.
- Stock inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting and moving of products.
- Support overall Logistics operations and efficiency.
