Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order details.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Verify order accuracy and shipping information.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant work environment.
- Follow all company **Logistics** procedures and **Safety** guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Wear and utilize all required **PPE**, including **Safety** vests and gloves.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including **Lifting** up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **Safety** standards and **PPE** requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven **Logistics** environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
