We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled correctly from arrival to departure. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent lifting . Proper use of PPE is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, which may involve regular lifting .
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to operate manual warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to follow all guidelines.
- Must be able to wear and use all required PPE .
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
