We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in New York City, New York. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our distribution center. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform pre-operation inspections on equipment and report any issues immediately. Adherence to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations is paramount. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe operation and experience with various types of forklifts. You will be involved in loading and unloading trucks, transporting materials to and from designated areas, and assisting with inventory management. Proper use of PPE is mandatory at all times. Expect to be involved in tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting .
