You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment, contributing to safety initiatives, and supporting overall logistics efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in the organization and layout of the warehouse for optimal workflow.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Operate various warehouse machinery as needed.
- Support logistics operations through efficient equipment management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to perform lifting and operate equipment safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
