Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all **safety** protocols and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **Lifting** of boxes and products, up to 30 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the **logistics** operation.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in **safety** awareness programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order forms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** processes.
- Familiarity with **PPE** and **safety** best practices.
- Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and **Lifting**.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
