Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for accuracy and any signs of damage.
- Pack items securely and appropriately, ensuring safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Meet daily picking and packing performance targets.
- Communicate any order or inventory issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or as a Picker/Packer is beneficial.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret order information.
- Proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
