We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking inventory in designated areas, picking and packing orders for shipment, and loading trucks for outbound delivery. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety in all aspects of our operations, and adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory. This includes the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots, which will be provided. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, performing regular inventory counts, and operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving significant lifting, often up to 50 pounds.
