Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- Organize and stock inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload materials from vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Mandatory use of designated PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or related experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management and inventory control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Awareness of basic logistics principles.
