Join our growing team as a Distribution Center Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada! This role is the backbone of our distribution operations, involving a variety of tasks critical to getting products to our customers. You will be involved in picking, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading of goods. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and can thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is beneficial. Your contribution directly impacts our logistics chain and customer satisfaction. Proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety guidelines are non-negotiable. Expect regular duties involving lifting and moving materials throughout the distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack products carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Sort and organize merchandise for placement or dispatch.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the distribution center.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting up to 60 lbs. Demonstrated understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE in logistics operations.
