Are you detail-oriented and looking for a rewarding opportunity in Orlando, Florida? Our company is seeking an Order Picker to join our dedicated warehouse team. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in our logistics chain, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. Your duties will include accurately locating, picking, and preparing items for shipment according to customer orders and internal procedures. This involves navigating the warehouse, utilizing picking equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners), and verifying product codes and quantities. Maintaining an organized and clean workspace is essential for operational efficiency and Safety. We adhere to strict Safety standards and require all employees to wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all guidelines to minimize risks. The role involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting of goods, so a good level of physical fitness and knowledge of safe Lifting practices are necessary. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within our fast-paced logistics environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Verifying product information and quantities against pick tickets.
- Using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Consolidating and staging picked items for packing.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records through system updates.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participating in routine inventory checks.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed.
