We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, monitoring stock levels, and implementing improvements to inventory control procedures. You will also work closely with warehouse associates and management to ensure proper stock rotation and organization. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. While this role is more focused on analysis and oversight, occasional Lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be necessary. Proficiency in inventory management software and a keen eye for detail are essential.
