We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations in our Charlotte, North Carolina facility. You will be responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory levels, and implementing best practices in logistics. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct warehouse associates in daily tasks.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
  • Develop and implement warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity.
  • Coordinate with transportation and logistics providers.
  • Maintain facility equipment and ensure proper maintenance schedules.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff.
  • Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement within the logistics chain.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Commitment to promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring the use of PPE.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
