Join our growing team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as a Picker/Packer! This position is critical for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders by accurately picking products from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This includes verifying order details, ensuring product quality, and securely packing items to prevent damage during transit. We are looking for individuals who are both fast and accurate, with a strong commitment to teamwork and efficiency. Your attention to detail will be vital in minimizing errors and maximizing customer satisfaction. This role is integral to our overall logistics and fulfillment process. A clean and organized work area is expected, along with adherence to all warehouse safety regulations. Proper use of PPE is required at all times. The job requires significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus. We are committed to a safe and productive work environment.
