We are seeking reliable and efficient Warehouse Associates to join our logistics team in Seattle, Washington. This role is fundamental to the successful operation of our distribution center, involving a wide range of responsibilities from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a commitment to accuracy, and a dedication to safety. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to daily operational goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals ready to embark on a career in logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Pick orders efficiently and accurately based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely for safe transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
