We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Denver, Colorado facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will be instrumental in the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, transport, and store products. Maintaining a strong focus on **Safety** is paramount in this role, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues, as well as the integrity of the inventory. This is a key position within our **Logistics** operations, requiring precision, adherence to operating procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your duties will include:
- Operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move pallets and materials.
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
- Storing inventory in designated racking systems and areas.
- Conducting pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Maintaining accurate records of material movements and inventory locations.
- Adhering strictly to all **Safety** regulations and guidelines.
- **Lifting** materials and ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
- Wearing required **PPE**, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
The ideal candidate will have a valid forklift operator certification and proven experience in a warehouse environment. You should have a strong understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and be committed to upholding the highest standards of **Safety**. Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a physically demanding role are essential.
