Our Charlotte, North Carolina location is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to become key members of our logistics team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks critical to our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately and that orders are fulfilled promptly. Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through proper documentation and scanning.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Ability to perform significant lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods is required. Must have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. A commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
