- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately place incoming inventory into designated storage locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and PPE.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
