- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Verify the accuracy of items and quantities picked against order details.
- Package items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
