Join our bustling Provo, Utah distribution center as a Shipping & Receiving Associate. This position plays a key role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are received accurately and shipped out to our customers promptly and correctly. You will be the first point of contact for incoming goods and the last to see outgoing shipments, making your role critical to customer satisfaction and operational flow. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Verify packing slips against purchase orders.
- Accurately document all received goods into the inventory system.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders.
- Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and shipping area.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Ensure all outbound shipments meet company and carrier requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Proficiency in using scanning equipment and basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with PPE requirements in a warehouse setting.
- Commitment to upholding workplace Safety standards at all times.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic logistics environment.
