Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead our operations in Boise, Idaho. This supervisory role is central to managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all logistics functions. You will oversee inventory management, coordinate shipping and receiving, manage warehouse staff, and implement best practices for workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, and a proven track record in logistics coordination. Your ability to foster a productive and safe work environment will be paramount.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Implement and enforce all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring proper use of PPE.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Utilize and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyze key logistics metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring staff compliance with PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
