We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Jose, California. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and staging goods for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Stage products for loading onto trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Adhere to logistics workflow and productivity standards.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
