Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists using RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Properly use and care for all required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to safety standards and the proper use of PPE.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
