Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes.
  • Update and maintain inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert management to potential stock issues.
  • Develop and implement inventory control best practices.
  • Analyze inventory data and provide relevant reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and operations teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using WMS and other inventory management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and report on inventory data.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous.
  • Unwavering commitment to Safety in all aspects of the job.
