Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes.
- Update and maintain inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to potential stock issues.
- Develop and implement inventory control best practices.
- Analyze inventory data and provide relevant reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and operations teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using WMS and other inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and report on inventory data.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous.
- Unwavering commitment to Safety in all aspects of the job.
