We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, picking orders using scanners and pick lists, and packing items securely for shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also essential for optimal productivity and safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock and maintain inventory levels in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- A strong commitment to Safety is paramount.
