Exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in Seattle, Washington! Join our busy warehouse team and play a key role in our logistics network. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Precision and efficiency are critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will utilize scanning technology and follow detailed pick lists to ensure accuracy. We are deeply committed to safety, and you will be required to wear the provided PPE and adhere to all established safety protocols. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, works well under pressure, and enjoys a physically active role. Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment is beneficial. You should be comfortable with regular lifting and be able to meet production targets in a fast-paced setting. Team collaboration and a positive attitude are highly valued. This role provides a great chance to grow within our company and contribute to our logistics success. Responsibilities include: locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves, verifying item accuracy using scanners or lists, carefully packing items to prevent damage during transit, labeling packages correctly, maintaining an organized and clean work area, assisting with inventory checks, and strictly following all safety regulations and PPE guidelines.
