Our dynamic distribution center in Denver, Colorado is seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient flow of goods from our facility to our customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound transportation, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and security.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
  • Comply with all OSHA and company safety regulations, including wearing required PPE at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
