Job Summary:
Exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility! We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our logistics team and play a crucial role in our order fulfillment process. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on order details, carefully packing these items into suitable shipping containers, and preparing them for dispatch. You'll utilize technology like RF scanners to ensure precision and efficiency. A keen eye for detail is essential to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. Safety is our top priority; you must adhere to all warehouse Safety protocols and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role demands physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, and regular Lifting of boxes and products up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve correct items and quantities from designated warehouse locations.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Label packages accurately with shipping details.
  • Operate RF scanners and other order picking equipment.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work station.
  • Strictly follow all Safety procedures.
  • Wear all mandated PPE.
  • Perform frequent Lifting of inventory items.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to handle frequent Lifting.
  • Willingness to adhere to Safety standards and wear PPE.
